We are a Leading Manufacturers and Exporters of Helical Tension Wound Fin Tubes. Helical tension wound fin tubes made from any type tube & consisting of CRCA, SS or Aluminium strips. These types of fins are semi-crimped and wrapped under tension around the outside of the base tube. This type of fin tubes are process under high mechanical tension bonding process. Finally, fins are either tack welded or brazed to the base tube at each end of the tube.

Other Details:
  • The process create tension joint & the result is wound formed finned tube with 75% fin-to-tube bond providing better efficiency, maximum operating temperature for this fin type is 250°C.Base tube of finned tubes can be SS, CS, Corrosion resistance steel, Copper, Copper alloys. We provide common sizes from 25 mm to 50 mm outer dia of fin tubes with 5 to 9 FPI.
